Terms and conditions
1. Equipment & Parts Warranty.
Warranty is limited to systems, products, equipment and or parts supplied by Equipment Safety Systems Pty Ltd (EQSS), and is guaranteed against workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. Any faulty equipment is to be returned freight paid to EQSS, where it will be inspected and tested. If the failure is within the criteria, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. The warranty extends only to the product and does not cover onsite labour or travel charges.
2. Commencement of Equipment & Parts Warranty.
The commencement of the 12-month equipment and parts warranty starts from the date of the signed and completed installation checklist that has been returned to EQSS.
3. Consequential Damages.
No responsibility is accepted for damage to plant, personnel or loss of production due to failure of the offered equipment.
4. Validity.
All listed prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Unauthorized Product Modification.
EQSS customers and their agents do not have the right to modify EQSS products or systems, and any such action will void warranty.
6. Product Installation.
EQSS customers must install the products according to the supplied installation manuals. Failure to follow the installation instructions will void the product warranty.
