Our History
Equipment Safety Systems Pty Ltd (EQSS) is a division of The ADM Group of companies.
The group was founded as Analogue and Digital Measurements Pty Ltd (ADM) in 1976 in Seaford, Victoria, Australia by Ted Parrott, Company Principal. Ted’s extensive experience has been instrumental in the development of innovative electronic and mechanical engineering solutions for the construction, mining and earthmoving industries.
EQSS was established in 2006 specifically to enhance the earlier research and development relating to cranes and associated plant and equipment. The new company became deeply involved with the emerging safety issues surrounding telehandlers and commenced design and manufacture of a sophisticated range of load management and related safety systems. These EQSS branded products now match and exceed the recently developed Australian Standard AS1418.19, AS 1418.05 and AS 1418.10.
EQSS with the assistance of Austrade are now actively pursuing export markets throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. All EQSS products are designed and developed within Australia to the highest quality requirements and can be customised to suit specific industry needs.
